I am sure all of you have seen the avalanche of community sites that have been hitting the web over the past 2 years. Some of you might even be wondering how your agency can participate. Of course, this does not cover the many other aspects of community building and other social considerations when building a community. But at least, it will give you a starting point when quoting your clients.
