My college friend, who lives in Bosten, is moving to Australia to join her finance who has since taken up a 1-year contract there. 3. “We know moving can create stress. But it’s also an exciting time for you, and we work hard to eliminate situations that could add to your stress level.” ( Translate: She liked Humboldt’s friendliness; they understood her woes and offered a solution that had worked for the past 100 years)
   
4. “… our Relocation Consultants and Customer Service Specialists will work with you to plan and coordinate every aspect of your move. We’ll take a complete inventory of your possessions, then accurately estimate the total cost of your move. ” (Translate: She would think they don’t have a blanket quote. She would pay only what she moves and therefore the price will be fair)
5. “Through our toll-free number, we offer 24-hour availability 7 days a week. If you need maid service or a limousine at the airport, we’ll arrange it.” (Translate: She believed Humboldt really understood that a woman would need extra help at such times)
6. ” … we make sure our customers know everything about their new hometowns. Since 1958, this exclusive information service has been the ultimate relocation resource. Need information about your new town’s climate, geography, schools, or medical facilities? The information’s all right here and it’s free! We’ll even get you a free newspaper subscription to your new hometown.” (Translate: She wasn’t expecting such value added services. And Humboldt is offering such services since 1958, wow.”
7. “And once you’re in your new home, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable. As a matter of fact, we won’t leave until you are.” (Translate: They are giving her a service quality guarantee without saying out loud.)
8. “Our separate, climate controlled, state of the art stores precious, fragile, fine art, antiques and artifacts. Protect your Fine art including paintings, sculptures, books, documents, collectibles, musical instruments, at our warehouse just south of Boston MA.” (Translate: Her family can help her to check on the painting from time to time when she is in Australia).

This is good internet marketing. All the relevant information is at your fingers’ tips. All the information is disseminated in a convincing and friendly tone that made people have a good impression before even seeing a real human face, hearing a real human voice. The sales is already half made online!

So if you are from Boston or USA, you can check out this moving company if you are moving office or household stuff across the oceans. I especially like the idea that they can store climate sensitive stuffs.
