Develop Joint Ventures When Promoting Affiliate Products?
Aug 13th, 2007 by MAT.
Do you do joint venture only when you are promoting your own product? There is a common misconception among many internet marketers that you can’t develop Joint Ventures because you are only promoting an afflilate product.
Jinger Jarrett who is the author of the book, “Internet Marketing for Free: The GUIDE” (available on Amazon), thought such thinking is hogwash. He said “The key thing to remember is a JV has to be a mutually beneficial arrangement, it can’t be a one sided deal. All parties in a JV have to bring something valuable to the table. JV’s can be created any way you want. Be creative, but remember you have to craft your proposal to a prospective merchant explaining ‘what’s in it for them’. ”
How do you promote your affiliate products? Some internet market treat affiliate products as if their own. They’ll test it, use it, write their own reviews, draft their own sales letter to make good sales. While some promote it if the products offers a high commission or if they were the favour of the month? Whichever way YOU do it, you might just want to hear Jinger Jarrett’s take on “Creating an Affiliate Avalanche”
In that article, you will have the answers to questions like “Do you only market products you consider profitable, or do you have to be interested in a topic to market the products? Why?” or “You recommend using Social Bookmarking as a way to build traffic. Are there any tools you do to get the job done faster? “
I promise you that “Creating an Affiliate Avalanche” will not be a boring read.
