Most companies never think of engaging an online marketing agency. This is really strange as we would spend many days selecting the “best” marketing/advertising/OR agency. Yet, we stop short of replicating the process when it comes to online marketing.

Many companies are not even aware that there is a distinction between online and offline marketing! Appointing some hot-shot ad agency which has won awards does not guarantee they have a sure-win formula for online businesses. You cannot just tell your executive, “Yes, Mary, let’s have a website with the campaign.”
