Mostly true, customers bought because they can derive a benefit or a solution to fix their problem. Regardless if it’s an emotional reason or a rational explanation, they made the choice. Of course, you can persuade them to see from a different perspective which is to your advantage. Until you can do so, they will stick to theirs and not your reasons.
